Ebay Stores HTML Tags

Ebay Stores have some Ebay Specific HTML tags you can use in your Ebay Store's custom pages and header. These tags, along with standard HTML, can highlight your Ebay store's specials and direct buyers to particular items you're selling.

Notes:

Displaying your eBay User ID

Purpose	Displays your User ID.
Flags	{eBayUserID} - Displays your User ID (including username, feedback score, and applicable icons)
Example	Typing: My eBay User ID is {eBayUserID} Yields: My eBay User ID is eBayUser (1503 )

Displaying Your eBay Feedback for Items

{eBayFeedback}

Purpose

Displays all or some of your feedback items.

Flags

{eBayFeedback} - Displays your Feedback using the default values for the properties listed below.

{eBayFeedback SIZE ="n"} - Displays the first n Feedback items. The default and maximum is 200.

{eBayFeedback COLOR="specified color"} - Changes the color of the lower line of the feedback. The default is white.

{eBayFeedback ALTERNATECOLOR="specified color"} - Changes the color of the upper line. The default is gray.

{eBayFeedback BORDER="n"} - Sets the thickness of the surrounding border to n. The default is 0.

{eBayFeedback TABLEWIDTH="n"} - Sets the width of the Feedback table to n, where n is the width of the Feedback table as a percentage of the available space. The default is 90%.

{eBayFeedback CELLPADDING="n"} - Sets the space between the feedback comments to n. The default is 0.

Displaying an Item List

{eBayStoresItemList}

Purpose

Displays a list of all or some of the items you're selling in your Store.

Flags

{eBayStoresItemList} - Shows the items you currently have for sale using the default values for the properties below.

{eBayStoresItemList SORT="n"} - Sorts your items list using a numeric code n to specify method.

2 - Ending first (default)
4 - Newly listed
0 - Highest price
1 - Lowest price

{eBayStoresItemList DISPLAY="n"} - Displays your items using a numeric code n to specify method.

0 - List view
1 - Gallery view

{eBayStoresItemList TABLEWIDTH="n"} - Sets the width of the item table to n, where n is the width of the item table as a percentage of the available space. The default is 100.

{eBayStoresItemList STORECATID="n"} - Shows items from one of your custom Store categories where n is the ID number of the category. You can find out the ID number of a category by going to the Custom Categories section of Store Builder.

{eBayStoresItemList KEYWORDS="specified keywords"} - Shows items that have keywords you specify in their titles. You can use any search term that can be used in a regular eBay search (including item numbers).

{eBayStoresItemList MINPRICE="x" MAXPRICE="y"} - Shows items that are within the price range you specify for x and y. MINPRICE and MAXPRICE must be used together.

{eBayStoresItemList LISTINGFORMAT="n"} - Shows items in the selling format you specify with the number code n. If n is not specified, all formats will be shown.

Displaying an Item Showcase

Purpose

Shows some of the items you're selling in your Store in a special display.

Flags

{eBayStoresItemShowcase} - Shows some items you currently have for sale using the default values for the properties below.

{eBayStoresItemShowcase SORT="n"} - Sorts items using a numeric code n to specify method.

2 - Ending first (default)
4 - Newly listed
0 - Highest price
1 - Lowest price

{eBayStoresItemShowcase ITEM="w,x,y,z"} - Shows up to 4 items having the item numbers you manually specify using w, x, y, and z. Separate item numbers by commas as shown.

{eBayStoresItemShowcase DISPLAY="n"} - Arranges your items horizontally or vertically according to the numeric code n.

0 - Vertical
1 - Horizontal (default)

{eBayStoresItemShowcase BORDER="n"} - Sets the thickness of the surrounding border to n. The default is 0.

{eBayStoresItemShowcase TABLEWIDTH="n"} - Sets the width of the showcase to n, where n is the width of the showcase as a percentage of the available space. The default is 100.

{eBayStoresItemShowcase SIZE="n"} - Shows number of items (from 1 to 4, with 4 as the default) specified by n in automatic selection mode.

{eBayStoresItemShowcase BACKFILL="Setting"} - Specifies whether items you've manually selected for the showcase will be automatically replaced when they end. The values for "Setting" are:

Off (default)
On

where "Off" means that items will not be automatically replaced.

Displaying an Individual Item

Purpose

Displays a particular item in your Store with the standard appearance of an item in search results.

Flags

{eBayStoresItem ITEM="n"} - Shows an item you specify using n, where n is the item number. You must specify the item number, but other options below are optional.

{eBayStoresItem DISPLAY="n"} - Displays the item using a numeric code n to specify the type of display:

0 - List view
1 - Gallery view (default)

{eBayStoresItem BORDER="n"} - Sets the thickness of the surrounding border to n. The default is 0.

{eBayStoresItem TABLEWIDTH="n"} - Sets the width of the item list table to n, where n is the width of the item table as a percentage of the available space. The default is 100.

Displaying an Item's Details

Purpose

Displays information about a particular item in your Store. Shows only the details about the item you want to include.

Flags

{eBayStoresItemDetail ITEM="n"} - Shows an item you specify using n, where n is the item number. You must specify the item number and at least one property below, or else just a blank space will appear.

{eBayStoresItemDetail PROPERTY="title"} - Displays the item's title.

{eBayStoresItemDetail PROPERTY="price"} - Displays the item's current price.

{eBayStoresItemDetail PROPERTY="binprice"} - Displays the item's Buy It Now price.

{eBayStoresItemDetail PROPERTY="time"} - Displays the item's remaining time.

{eBayStoresItemDetail PROPERTY="picture"} - Displays the item's Gallery picture.

{eBayStoresItemDetail PROPERTY="URL"} - Displays the item's URL.
